As the founding President of Shared Patient eXperience (SPX), a European association dedicated to advancing patient experience, So Yung has long advocated for a healthcare system that places patients at its core. Her journey in healthcare began as a nurse, and over time, she has led numerous teams and departments across various healthcare organizations, both public and private. This experience has reinforced her belief that patient perspectives are essential for genuine improvement in care.
Today, she supports organizations in adopting value based care practices, promoting collaboration and listening as key drivers for change. Through her role with SPX, So Yung continues to work towards a future where healthcare systems are shaped not only by providers but also by the voices of the patients they serve.
